I recently got an automated call asking if I would vote for Trump or Biden on my line that I only use for my advertisements. Should I change my number? Does RM sell provider numbers/information?

I thought automated dialers just called everybody, every number possible. So that doesn't necessarily mean they scraped your number from somewhere.

Completely random. Its primary season so almost everyone in America gets a call at some point. It'll happen again in November during the general election.

Who knows how people get numbers. I continue to get robo calls spoken in Chinese and an Indian man is keen to make home improvement repairs for me. That would be quite a commute. I wouldn’t worry about the robo call

Starting with the lowest number and counting up by 1 usually does the trick. It's so easy a robodialer can do it.
