From the pics I'm seeing today of him he looks like he's much older than he may be coming across as. I'm sorta dreading turning 49 next year, because so damn many age shavers ruin it for us who are actually the last age of our decades.

It’s funny cuz age isn’t a big deal for me. Though, tbh, I rarely hire anyone who says they’re under 30. I like mature guys. But when I do venture younger, like 30-34, and I’m on the table and we’ve established I’m pretty easy going, I ask how old they are. Not to catch them in a lie, but mostly just small talk, they always say their true age and it’s always 6-8 years older than their profile. On one side I get it, guys assume you’re older so if you say 40 they think you’re 55. But I just wish people would own their age. There’s a market for everyone.
