Yes.. they FINALLY shared that. I kept asking why not and they were not telling me. They kept avoiding answer or beating around the bush (no pun)

 

WTF... I clicked on the phone icon from their site and worked it out. Apparently I'm supposed to message the person there and pre-arrange a meeting (to avoid fake reviews).

The problem with the policy isn't the prevention of the posting of fake reviews, but the inability to post bad reviews when the provider's turned out to be a real shit without completely exposing your identity.

The other thing... I said but I clicked on PHONE on his profile to get his # how else would I have gotten his #. Thus I did make communication via RM. I said check your logs to see I clicked. They responded - you must not have been signed in. DOH
