An “Ask” in the rates fields is always a red flag for me. I’m finding it’s not uncommon for someone to advertise that they are in Orlando when in fact they are much further away. Not talking about those that ”travel to”, but those that list as local

Why does everyone get so suspicious about what area code a provider has. It really doesn’t mean anything this day and age. I still have a California area code and I haven’t lived there for over 10yrs lol
