4th Annual Palm Springs Hooville Theater Night

The forecast for Sunday is a high temp of 82 degreees for Oliver's Pool Event, and 79 for Saturday's Hooville Dinner and Theater night. So maybe some of you snowbirds should take a mini-vacation and warm up with Raul, Ace, and Jason Carter. Not to mention some of your fellow Hooville posters...and MERmen too!

To all the Hoovillians attending this weekend, have a great time. It sounds like a lot of fun.

 

To coordinate our events, the East Coast Hoovillians will be hosting a gathering at the NYC 20 Club. We meet every Sunday to kick back and relax with the strippers. Temps will be in the low 30's. No swimming but ice skating rocks.

 

My thanks and appreciation go out to all those members who make events like this happen. Your efforts make Hooville a closer and caring community.

The event is over and we have to wait another year for the next Hooville Theater Weekend, and, hopefully, next year we will actually get in to the the theater.

 

The local playhouse gave new meaning to the words amateur theater when we learned that the tickets we had bought months ago had been misfiled, so there were no seats left for us! Thankfully everyone seemed content with our plight, perhaps becuase they has just enjoyed the dinner arranged by Charlie at a local gay restaurant.

 

Nonetheless, it was disappointing to me and I can guarantee that it won't happen next year.

 

Thankfully, Oliver's Pool Event was better than ever, with great weather and very nude escorts Raul and Jason Carter. I thought we were going to need to call ambulances as everyone's pacemakers went on high alert when they heard that Jason was naked in the hot tub. That got everyone away from the food and out to the pool. I won't say who joined Raul and Jason naked in the pool, but you can be sure it wasn't me! Califonians can next see Jason when he relinquishes his title as Rentboy Escort of the Year on March 22d in Los Angeles. So thanks to the guys who showed up and made the event the fun that it was. After all was said and done, we heard that the show we missed wasn't so hot after all! Maybe someone was just trying to console us, but I like to think differently!

A hardy thank you to both Lucky and Oliver for putting together an outstanding weekend in Palm Springs. Dinner was fantastic and although Evita didn't work out, because of a box office mess up, we all had a wonderful time. Oliver's open house was great fun.
