Now I have an additional step to get to an escort through Rentmen. After clicking on the link I am taken to the Rentmen site and I must click a box to enter Rentmen.

There have been no recent changes. Several months ago, the rent.men vs. rentmen.eu became an extra step.

It’s likely because RentMen owns both the .com and .eu. Being you’re accessing it from the US of ‘Merica, you’ll be transferred to .eu for reasons surrounding FOSTA.
