no expert here......but it certainly appears this guy was female at birth based on the apparent scarring under each pec (transition surgery) and no apparent male genitalia (see public and semi-private RM pictures)......I suppose the body hair is from testosterone treatment during the transition?.....

I also saw the scars on his or her chest, so was also guessing maybe born female. So, question, by taking testosterone, a smooth guy can get hairy legs? Seriously.

Born female, transitioning to male.

Not an expert on the hormones involved and the extent they have on hair growth, but I would venture to say it might not be that simple to get a desired hairiness. Some are genetically disposed to certain hair growth dynamics (guys with beards or hairy backs vs those that don't, despite both being hairy else where).

When my pituitary adenoma was discovered at 37, I started full hormone replacement therapy including injecting 200 mg of testosterone biweekly. My voice finished changing, my public hair both genitalia and pits filled out, my beard changed and grew full, my arms and legs developed adult male hair.

Prior to HRT, I used shaving cream to know where I had shaved.

My libido went up, too.

I always admire guys with light hair on forearms and thighs and legs. Is testosterone expensive?

Yes, genetics is amazingly strange. Some guys can have very thick beard / sideburns but at the same time hairless thighs and legs. Quite inconsistent to some extent.

I've always been hairy all over and prefer smooth guys myself.

I also take testosterone injections because I have low testosterone. No additional hair growth thank god. It's cheap, I pay $10 copay on generic testosterone. I inject myself and one bottle lasts a couple months. It's a thick oil requiring a big needle so not for the timid.

Testosterone used as part of masculinizing hormone therapy can produce face and body hair, increased muscle mass and clitoral enlargement, among other things.

(Ari’s a nice guy and whip smart if you’re looking to meet a transguy.)

A 10ml vial of 200 mg T costs about $70 with a ‘script and no insurance.

It’s sterile cottonseed oil with the testosterone mixed in. I use a 23 gauge needle 1” long into my quads.

I am not interested in trans myself. But I am curious about how they come about. For example, the following guy. He or she has really sexy hairy legs. Was his gender at birth male or female?

C'mon. That escort's obviously a he. If you're really interested in the self-discovery of a trans man, then I highly suggest reading Skylar Kergil's autobiography, Before I had the Words.

He's also pretty hot...

I really enjoy getting physical with trans men (OK, I've only done it once), although for some reason, almost all trans men, at least those who identify as gay or bi, seemed to be heavily tatted. I'm really into the bonus hole, though.

I love Ari! We met him in Atlanta and filmed a scene together. We had more fun that that but I won't kiss and tell here.

It's best to assume and type "they/them" instead of "he/she"; Gender is a personal identity preference and there are more than just two options.
