Advice on options in Toronto

While I still have some short listed options state side (yes, Pnklemonade is still on the top of my list for new adventures in the US https://rent.men/pnklemonade) but I’m headed to Toronto later this month and looking for any feedback or first hand experiences with any of these guys:
