I recently read a term that was defined to mean a man who had a penis that while flacid appeared small, however, when aroused was quite large. Does anyone know what that term is?

Somewhere, long ago, I read something that distinguished between 'blood sausages' (the 'growers') & 'meat sausages' (those always pretty plump!). It's a bizarre & yet somehow appropriate terminology that stuck with me!
