It looks like Igor Stavinski's former home is up for sale in WeHo. Probably not for me because my fiance really wants a pool. Also, only one parking space seems like a bit of a deal killer. I'm also a little uneasy about the home's age. But it does have a great location and seems nice....

I hope to convince him. I'd love a place like this. It doesn't have a pool, but it has a gym, a hot tub, a sauna, and a wine cellar. And built after 1976 building codes...
