Hey all, I will be visiting London soon (in about a week) and wanted to get some feedback and opinions on what would be the one play or musical not to miss while I am there. Did some checking around and there is a large selection so it is a bit confusing to make a choice. Any recommendations on what to see (or what to absolutely avoid) would be appreciated.

Thanks, Wayno

Well, it may be, but we don't know what other musicals you have seen. There have been quite a few good ones produced. Billy Elliott is indeed good, but, and this of course is just my opinion. The story is pretty tepid. What's amazing about the show is the talent of the young performer commanding a stage and not only singing, but dancing and acting. It takes superb talent at that age. When other things are taking place on the stage, the show sags.
