I have a friend from Gabon, superb masseur, who learnt massage to heal patients in the impoverished areas where he worked as a paramedic back home when he was younger.

Which is why I am suggesting a face to face via facetime/skype. It should cut through the bullshit - the handler will have to hand you over to him for the discussion or you will not get a reply (which is pretty much confirmation of your suspicions)...
