Yes to both, however those are the mechanical aspects of the interaction. What is much more important is the human connection between the client and therapist.

 

It's about the human to human connection that counts. To me, it is all about limbic resonance.

If that is a major fantasy of yours, might be much easier to hire an escort. Tell him you want to start with a massage, then get topped. You will then get 100% of what you want with no guesswork. Have had 3 masseurs segue smoothly from massage to topping me (one of them twice). There were compliments about my glutes beforehand, but otherwise there was no discussion, no questions asked. There have also been a couple of masseurs who attempted to top me, also without anything said, but I discouraged them.

Well I'm actually interested in the other side of the coin, masseurs who bottom. Weighing in here to heartily agree that its all about connection. And also about relationship. The masseurs who have been down to cross the line with me did so, with just one exception, on 2nd or 3rd session. Reverse engineering, its like we used the first session to get to know each other a bit, and the repeat booking signaled that I valued their services, and they were willing to offer more.

 

Re Dmitri's comment that you can be assured of getting what you want by hiring an escort who will start with a massage, I think that's true too. But there is something that feels more seductive/intimate when the masseur uses his hands, body language or a subtle comment to signal that he's open to going to the next level.

I totally agree with what’s been said so far. Especially about the game of seduction when you’re on the table and your mind is just going - will he or won’t he?
