Hearing this, the piano nerd in me wants to know if it's a Hamburg or a NY Steinway

I'm absolutely not a piano nerd, but your question aroused my curiosity. The comparison chart within the following link -- http://www.chicpianos.com/steinway-new-york-vs-hamburg/?id=6 -- has me thinking it's a Hamburg Steinway because of the curved frame around the keyboard and the lack of a pedal plate.

Thank you for your inquiry. I'm going to kill it at my next trivia opportunity. :)

BRAVO!!!

Here’s more information about Jakub Jozef Orlinski, 28 years old from Warsaw.

Thank you @BaronArtz for posting this clip.

You are very welcome.

Thank you for posting the link to his profile. The video clips on there are amazing. I am enthralled with his rendition of F. Cavalli: Lucidissima Face on there.

It appears he spent time at the Juilliard School in New York. Where was I, while he was in town?

I guess I am in love ...

One may make all the Polish jokes one likes but Mr. Orliński has a beautiful counter-tenor voice and is additionally a very beautiful young man!!!

Here is an article from April of 2018, when he was scheduled to perform a baroque vocal program in Chicago, which includes not only a Julliard master class with Paul Agnew (joint director of the Baroque ensemble Les Arts Florissants ), but also a short video of him break dancing (yes---break dancing!) with a Polish three man dance crew!!!

The young man is incredibly talented and certainly handsome. He’s got a very bright future ahead.

I purchased the debut album on on iTunes and listened to it yesterday at the office while working on a complex data project. It’s magical.

Enjoy! According to his Instagram page, which is very well put together by the way, he finished recording a second album 3 weeks ago. I can't wait ...

I hope he will perform in NYC sometime soon.

He performed in NYC earlier this season. Unfortunately I had a conflicting engagement that night and missed it, but the N.Y. Times reviewed it. His debut recital recording is excellent.
