was riding in somebody's car a few days ago with XM/Serius's '70s on 7' playing....this came on and I had to laugh.....hadn't heard this since I was 13 back in 1975......what a hot song at the time......

Yeah, I remember that one. Gotta love those double-knit suits and stacked shoes. What a sartorial disaster the 70’s were. Even then, I made my mother buy me Chemise Lacoste shirts, which were then made in France. I think they were $15.

Been going thru the stored stuff in my place, pulling out the things belonging to my deceased partner Therese for sending to the kids, and I came across our school yearbooks from 1977 to 1980- the pictures of me with the long hair like in that video will "unfortunately disappear", but I do wish I had most of that hair back today!

Notice those of us at that age at that time all had the same hair to some extent. In my high school graduation picture, my hair was parted in the middle, and covered my ears. I looked hot (lol).

 

Edit: btw @azdr0710 , I was able to drink in 1975, but just barely.
