What's interesting about the article is that it seems to have been generated by the attorneys representing "Harlow" - and not the prosecutors looking for a perpetrator. And those same attorneys couldn't be pleased with the title of the article chosen. What I gathered is they want out in the press "we think this guy's innocent and want all the evidence that shows he is". Am I reading it wrong?

yes, after reading the article again I think you are right that they are trying to figure out what evidence the police think they have and are trying to get that all out in public. According to the article in the other thread they are maintaining that he was "working" at the time of the killing so it couldn't have been him. And they are trying to knock down this thing about having a gun in the house. Seems like lots of houses have guns in them in this country.

BTW I think that the newspaper headline was a cheap shot meant to make the story as sensational as possible. As was the heading of this thread.
