All of your orifices? You mean, like, up your nose and in your ears, too? Now, that's what I call a power bottom. :p

Well of course I thanked the client. Well before posting in this

forum. I've no idea why you would think I didn't. I think Miss

Manners might say it would have been more polite for you to have

asked, even assumed that I did the right thing.

I wasn't going to further clutter these forums by responding but

am a bit irritated to have somebody email me asking if it's true I didn't thank the client and wonder if tommygunzz was my client publicy rebuking me for not privately thanking them. I hoped tommy might clarify, I'm sure he didn't mean it to sound as it did. In spite of

adding the <shakes head> thing.

NO tommygunzz is NOT the client, simply somebody making assumptions. The client however is HAPPY and apparently enjoyed me as much as I enjoyed him. And I look forward to seeing him in the future.

Thanks to the many kind responses posted and emailed. I'm glad that most of you read a post without assuming the worst. What a wonderful world this would be if more of us first assumed that a person means well and is doing the right thing but maybe just not communicating perfectly.

I welcome any suggestion as to where my original post belongs. But it

does not belong in the review section as that is for clients. And as many have said they enjoyed it or found it useful we know it DOES belong somewhere. Maybe I should have worded it better, differently?

Put it in a different forum? Hey at least I didn't hijack a thread.

And to JT, I wanted to privately tell you I appreciated some of your comments and ask your advice on the above questions, but your profile is disabled. Seems one can't even send you a private message. I don't know what that means.

Thanks

Raul

Raul..I am Very Sorry to see you have unfortunately experienced the "Bad Side" of what can be said around here for No Reason!

I now feel sorry that I commented in the FIRST Place. Like I said it had nothing to do with your Original Post!!

We haven't heard from a "certain person", so I'm guessing he knew who it was meant for! LOL

Actually my email address was taken down very recently, for different reasons...The Old Timer's I do chat with do have it....

JT Advice? I am strictly a "IMHO" type of guy! LOL

I will leave ALL the Advice to those who LUV to give it! Of course it's alway's FREE..So you know what that can be worth!

Raul Manzo - One Class Act

I have been dilatory in posting to this.

How many comments have I read where members lament that more escorts don’t post here? And then when a new guy does – wham! – certain ones pounce on him like he’s today’s prey.

This man, Raul, is a sweet, caring, sensitive individual who also happens to be damn sexy. He’s new to this board and to this business. As another has noted, he is one class act. He also has interesting thoughts and has something to contribute.

Allow him to feel free to do so!!!

RE: Raul Manzo - One Class Act

Well said Ollie.

Honestly, this MC is just as much for self-promotion as it is for fleshed-out discussion. It's been that way since HB created it. He saw dual-purpose benefit for both escorts and clientele. Sure, we escorts do have things we'd like to say when it comes to certain subjects, but we're also creatures of self-promotion. It's part of the business: This is one more way for an escort to get his point-of-view, as well as his overall image, out there.

Who the hell is someone to say that positive or negative postings are only for a 'paying' customer to add? I find that not only incredibly tactless, but an overall bad use of oft-repeated 'air quotes' as well.

*grin*

I bid Raul a welcome to the MC. My advice to you is to take nothing too personally and have as much fun with this as possible. Aside from a bitter few, most of the personalities here are intelligent and always add something interesting to conversation.

My back-patting will continue with those escorts i've met who are outstanding individuals. Would people prefer i also mention those escorts i've met who i find to be egomaniacal, immature and the opposite of what they advertise? Probably not. There have been more than a few, but i'd rather talk about those who i've had good experiences with and can recommend both in and out of the bedroom.

RE: Raul Manzo - One Class Act

I am one who is happy to see Raul participate in the Board. I am also happy that Steven responded. Since I have been with Steven several times, his opinion does count for me. Raul and I have been communicating back and forth for the past 6 months to work out a date to meet and we may actually have some working dates matching up at last. So this exchange of information was extremely helpful. How an escort responds in a more stressful communication issue is a good indication of how he may handle a meeting that may have surprises.

I am surprised by the commentary of some who are suggesting this information should be in a review. Well I think we all can recall that situation some months ago regarding an escort issuing a review for an escort he set up with client money. That is a taboo and escorts can not write reviews for other escorts unless they paid out of their own funds. How many times have we hashed over the thought that an escort wrote a review for another escort friend.

So Raul the post was placed correctly and I find Steven's acknowledgement, which I believe is the crux of this discussion, not Raul's post, to be appropriate. I think it was best he responded, if he did not we might actually have thought Raul was less than top notch based upon his lack of sleep in his posting.
