I have tried to correspond with him. He didn't respond to my request, but I wasn't in Fort Lauderadale at the time and didn't push it. I am in Jamaica right now and am able to read the rentmen reviews. The ones that have written responses are all exstatic (?) Reviews on this site are also positive.
