Yes. I have not seen the musical yet, but a nude scene has been mentioned several time on reliable Broadway chat sites.

Choir Boy is actually a play with some music. I saw it a few years ago in DC. There was a nude shower scene if memory serves me correctly.

The play has been extended for a week. It now closes on Sunday, Feb. 24th.
