Tough question for anyone to answer. I once made an exception to my policy (of seeing clear face photos before meeting) for a guy who was exceptionally well-reviewed here. Transpired that his physique was definitely not as in his profile (not ripped, no 6pack etc) and his face could best be described as homely.

Oh jeez - Mike Masters and Jake Archer - he is older but handsome - some say rugged - I prefer to see face pics as it’s a very subjective thing hiring a guy for his face imho

Geez I cant think of anyone current but one of my only hires with no face picture that was like winning the lottery was the late androkid. I'll never forget he asked me to pick him up near chicago at someone's house he was staying at. I went there and waiting in the kitchen I heard his voice coming from down the hall "I'm just getting out of the shower. I'll be right there" with a totally bostonian accent . To my amazement, around the corner comes a huge muscle man in a white towel with an enormous upper body still glistening with water. A face that was almost angelic. Curly reddish/blond hair, the most beautiful green eyes, red red lips with an impish smile on him like a young boy who just got caught stealing a cookie out of the cookie jar. All on a 5'9" 260 pound frame with abs and gigantic legs. He was really something to behold physically. RIP big man.
