I Ate Dog Jerky

I hadn't had jerky in several years so on my last grocery order I included jerky. That was two weeks ago. I took a bite; didn't care for it.

 

I save my soft drink bottles for a fellow who comes by once a month. He was here today. So I gave them to him. I hadn't realized it until he told me but he pointed out that it was dog jerky. He has a dog.

 

On the grocery store site it lists both human jerky and animal jerky on the same page side-by-side.

Just consider yourself lucky he didn't decide to feed his dog Avalon jerky.

I got jerky today via Amazon. The same kind/type/brand I used to get at the mom & pop store that I used to walk to. Taste is just not the same.

Whew. I was really concerned that this would be about jerky made from dog.

 

Most pet food is human quality and safe to eat, it not tasty.
