Side note: I met a Norwegian woman last night at Christmas dinner that, when she was a schoolgirl, was in London for Elizabeth's coronation. So interesting to hear about her experience.

 

The Queen has seen so much over the decades. I expect her opinion of today's political affairs is framed by so much more wisdom then most people could fathom. Her comments about the capacity for good and for evil struck a chord with me.

 

There will never be another head of state quite like her.
