As numerous people have said, it's great that the bulk of the old reviews same to be back up. A problem that I'm having is accessing the first several reviews when going to any location. I can see the full list, but when I try to open the first several reviews they aren't available. I see them, but when I move the mouse over them, they are hidden. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or whether it's a bug at this website.

Thanks.

That's a bug specific to IE 7.0 that was released last week. I'm currently working on find a soluction.

There is a workaround: You can close the last open submenu (i.e. look for the last button with the arrow "->" and click that line. That'll uncover those lines that are being obsured.

An alternative (and my recommentation) is to switch to Firefox which has a much higher level of compliance with the standards. You can click the Firefox logo at the top corner of the site to check it out.

Predating March of 05 you might be able to find them via google search for the cached pages. That is what I had to do for my review page till the site was back up.

I suspect you're just confused.

I think this is about a bug in the website (as explained earlier) introduced by the release of Internet Explorer 7.0.

(By the way, Windows users will be receiving IE7 through Windows Update automatically very soon now.)

Hopefully, the OP will come back and tell us if we guessed right.

There's a reason I'm using Firefox. ;-)

IE7 has crashed on me 6 times in the last 3 days. (The kind of crash that makes it phone home with an error report.) I'm still waiting for Firefox (2.0, the new version) to crash. If often thinks it DID crash when it starts up, but I haven't seen it crash yet.

To everyone out there: we're about to see upgrades to Windows, Office, and obviously Internet Explorer. Just say no. Don't go there unless you really desperately need something on offer. You'll find relatively little on offer.

I guess my confusion is this: when this site was still 'Hooboy', there came a time when Daddy archived many of the older reviews, I think in an effort to speed up accessibility. At that time there was a roundabout way to access those older reviews by doing a cached search thru Google, as suggested by another person on this thread. (Thanks).

Then came the big switch over to 'Daddy's Reviews', and now there is a note at the bottom of any given review that states those reviews prior to March, 2005, have not been carried over to the new format. So, therefore, those reviews are now not accessible at all - not even with the convoluted google cache search method. Is that right? (At least for me, that method no longer seems to work. I'm looking for older reviews for Ridge in Chicago.)

Thanks Your work-around solves the problem.

Boink..Ridge/Chicago has been around quite awhile.

So other than just going to the Source, contacting him, I'm sure there are Guy's on here, who will answer any of your Questions.

In a very "Creditable" way....

No Doubt he has many Regular Client's in Chicago. Chicago seems to be a City where the "Regular Client's" are Loyal to there Boy's...

He definitely is a Goodlooking- Hunky Man.....:p :P :p

We have no sway over what Google does with its cache. Sorry.

The only information I have about older reviews is what's in the press release that's been pinned to the top of this forum for the last month and a half.
