On the recent episode of "How to Get Away with Murder" we got to see Oliver and Conrad's moms. And Olivers's mom made lumpia.

My neighbor is from the Manila. A couple times of year, she will occasionally knock on my door with a plate of these, and a bit of sweet and sour sauce in a small container. I never asked her what they were called, just enjoyed them. They're very good.
