Welcome to the forums! Some suggestions, as you asked for:

 

1. You did quite well in your subject line. Next time you are requesting info about anything and/or anybody, you could add 411. P,e,: 411 -PHILA...(the rest of your subject line)
   
2. Always paste a link to the profile of the professional you are inquiring about. Sometimes I also add a picture, but the link is good enough.
   
3. Always be specific and clear on what you are asking/looking for. You did perfect here.
   

That is all I can suggest. For a newbie you are having a strong starting. You even asked to be schooled! Great.
