He had a previous name on Rentmen as "HardzzReady" in San Francisco, but I couldn't find any comments or reviews for him either.

The dick pic is found all over the Internet. The pics belong to a fairly prominent fitness model whose social media profiles don't even hint of a bisexual escort sideline in Louisville. Without confirmation the best guess is that the guy who posted the profile stole some pics from Instagram.
