Hey guys - wanted to ask if anyone has been to the Gendarmerie Spa off Doheny in Weho? Interested in getting a massage and wondering if any therapists go beyond therapeutic? Knowing that YMMV, would love to hear of experiences and recommendations.

Love that spa.

 

Had a strictly therapeutic massage but the masseur does have his own separate massage profile (and I think runs an erotic model website).

 

Since it's such a unique term, you can search Gendarmerie in the upper right to see various threads.

Very nice day spa. Took a girlfriend here.

 

Therapeutic only but I heard there can be action in the single shower. The changing room space is very small and I can attest that another client walked in on me changing, so I wouldn't be surprised if the shower gets shared.
