We always stay at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay, which is several miles outside the city proper, right on the ocean, very secluded and private--with a luxurious spa on site--and then go into the city via shuttle, taxi, or Uber for dining, sightseeing, performances, and excellent massages at the Aroma Spa!
