Where is the best balance between - or combination of - sightseeing and sexhaving in the south?

 

Kosomoi? Phuket? Kophiphi? anywhere else?

 

Would appreciate as many updated views, reasons, descriptions and details as possible.

Out of places you listed only patong in Phuket has an established scene. You may have luck on the apps in the other areas. I've been to samui Tao krabi phuket Phi phi a few years ago I plan to visit again in 2019.
