Why is it that at least 1/4-1/3 of the escorts that I have e-mailed ask what are you into?

I understand that your mailboxes are inundated with e-mails probably even more now since RM got rid of whether you do in/outcalls and price. So I was wondering do y'all check potential clients pages?

Everyone, I mean every type of person, client, escort, demographic, asks what you into questions. It sucks to have to answer when you already list where that information is readily available. It's even more frustrating answering all these questions while the other person ignores your question about meeting logistics, only to find out schedules don't line up in the first place.

And that's the thing actually.

Is that sometimes people can't or don't care to distinguish between what "most" people do, and what a select few are doing, even when the differences are staring them in the face. They lump the few into the many and treat them as such while all the while only taking their needs as the only important one.

Talk about face planting straight into that one lol. Sorry your right I should of said some. If you dont mind me asking how can a client help fulfill an escorts needs? I am always wondering if the guy I am seeing is actually having some fun.

That part, having fun in terms of needs is subjective. I was talking more about communication pre meet, and how an escort, especially when traveling, needs to arrange schedules and logistics, but sometimes a client ignores those logistical questions because they feel their needs to reassure they will experience what they want out weight any question an escort will have.

Similarly, an escort will ask you what are you into to gauge if they need to clean out/take Viagra, take the appointment or not or charge you differently based off what a client is looking to do, all the while ignoring a client's advances to nail down the logistics of meeting.

It comes down to respecting what it takes each side to carve time aside to meet together, and doing due diligence to obtain as much information on your end about the other person.

Yes I don't understand the haggling. I would not feel right doing that. Do you travel a lot around the country or just within Cali? Has RM adding hashtags helped at all? What are your thoughts on RM clients having or not having a bio?

I like a provider’s profile that is complete and try to provide one in return. I always reference it to the provider when I make initial contact. Probably about half the time, they actually check it (you can tell when they don’t.) I make the effort to have one to help demonstrate that I am not a flake. I think it helps, but it doesn’t make nearly the difference that one might think.

 

Like you, I have some inquiries from providers as well, but I don’t mind. I consider it flattering - and thank them - even if I’m not interested. Plus, I figure it might merely be part of their marketing. I don’t assume it’s because they find me particularly attractive by their standard.

I think the problem is that too many guys just check everything, making that portion of the RM site unreliable. This leads to a lot of wasted time for everyone. For example, I have occasionally gotten curious about some edgy kink or the other and have reached out to an escort in NY who checked that particular box in their profile, only to receive an angry and even disgusted reply. I am not sure why people would check things that they are definitely not into, but they do -- over and over again. I have learned that I have to be very specific beforehand or I come away disappointed.

+1, to the point I ignore the list of checked (unchecked) “list” for most escorts. One-on-one clear communication works better for me...and I OFTEN find “unchecked” items such as kissing are in fact readily available.

As a client, does it help you to have a profile of my own on a site? I do on Rent Men, explaining generally what I'm looking for, into, and with a headless public and regular private pic of me. I assumed it would make things easier on the escort, but I'd love some first hand views.
