It is not good or bad. Often providers use different pictures and different narratives in different outlets. More info for your research.

 

Also, when I identify a provider with more than one ad, I use the one that I think would give me a better deal. For instance, if this guy has an ad in Adam, I would contact him through that ad and I am confident I would get a better price than going it through Rentmen.
