I was skeptical to download the viewer, but it's fairly small and doesn't seem to have any spyware bundled with it from what I can tell (nothing intrusive at least - haven't run Ad-Aware yet, so I can't be 100% sure). The movie files you download are actually standard .WMV (Windows Media Player) files, so I still don't understand why it's necessary (unless it installed a special codec, but I didn't see anything like that), but it's not a bother.

I downloaded the viewer also with no problems; Spy Sweeper didn't complain any about the install. I think one of the features of the viewer is the organizational pane to the left which keeps all your movies filed by category, producer, etc. I found one movie that would play in preview mode at the website, but wouldn't play in the viewer. The FAQ says my Windows Media Player or Quicktime aren't up to date, but I think they are.

 

At any rate, this is a great collection of gay porn; over 2,000 videos!

It's like eMule or xDonkey on steriods. I'm a MAC user and the viewer works great.

Go to categories and scroll down to where is reads "filter". Click it. Set it to off. Go back to catefories and scroll down to adult. Once there select "gay".

eMule is a windows only program and xdonkey is for MAC. You can google eMule for more info.

Having introduced this thread/introduction to "pirated" porn, what I don't understand is how any/all of this gets around the copyright/DRM "protections". Can anyone enlighten me?

He has recourse. (As do others.) But it takes time to prosecute.

 

As soon as I heard about this, I decided to stay well away from it. (For starters, I don't NEED any more porn! I'm awash in the damn stuff! ;-)) But more to the point, I didn't want *my* IP address in their server logs.

 

The RIAA is still prosecuting NAPSTER cases, with little more to go on than those server logs. When the porn industry catches up with this one, I don't want to be anywhere near it. x(
