Ok, so I've done leg extensions at the gym until infinity and my quads still never looked like this guy's. Sooooo very jealous.:mad:

Someone told me that it could be one of these two: (1) genes and/or (2) age. As a 60+ friend of mine said to me, "there's just no way"... Nevertheless, keep it going strong!

Same here. Now squats and deadlifts only, they work much better. Wish I had started years ago.
