how long to wait for initial response?

Hi, all.

 

As many people here know from experience, some escorts never respond to the first text . Even if they're marked as "Available" on RentMen.

 

To be fair (in case the escort is busy or with a different client), how long should I wait after that initial text before moving to "Plan B" and trying someone else?

If you are trying to meet on the same day, then I usually allow for 4 hours max. If I am moving on to find someone else, out of courtesy I let the guy know of my plan to move on. I often try to schedule a meeting for the following day, or the following weekend, and have scheduled a month or two in advance.

 

The "Available" on RM, I consider it that the response could take hours because the guy could be eating, busy with a client, but hoping to see another one the same day, what have you... Now, if their "name" is green, meaning they are "online", I usually expect the response within an hour or two. At least that's what I have experienced... Sometimes, I think they are trying to schedule their time or they are trying to resolve conflicts when clients are rescheduling... Hope this helps.

I think if they show as "available now" 2 hours to wait is more than enough. Otherwise, then they really aren't "available now"

If you are not looking for now, then 48 hours seems reasonable, but you could still reach out to others depending on when you're wanting to schedule.

I sent a message through RM to someone a week ago and I haven't received anything back. And he did read it and has been online many times since then. Sometimes I guess they're just not interested.

 

More likely, my profile and picture scared him away. lol
