>I only read posts by that Rick Munroe, the guy with the ass.

I just drool over those!

I start with the topic and then see who posted. I've been around since almost the beginning, so I've gotten pretty good at predicting what will be a dull pissing match and what might be interesting. Some posters are better than others. Some are wonderfully unpredicatble (I love Rick when he's serious). And others remind me the importance of not feeding the trolls.

>Too bad that you don't have a sense of humor.

Steve, actually it was meant as a "humorous compliment"...[/font color=blue]

>Probably you need another whipping session with Cole Ramsey.

As for Cole Ramsey even knowing how to wield a whip... now that's a real joke!!!

I read everyone's post regardless of the name because everyone deserves a chance to be heard. However, If I don't get the thrust of the post within the first four sentences then I am done.

Of all the fortune cookies I have eaten I have read a great deal of fortunes. However, I have only saved one:

"Four basic premises of writing: clarity, brevity, simplicity, and humanity"

Encyclicals, and sandals, turn me off.

RE: How do you read HCA???

Yes, I have, in two languages (was my

Which languages, Steven?

I read them as a kid in English and stumbled through an Italian version with my grandmother.

Disney owes a lot to HCA otherwise half their movies would not have had source material.

BTW, he was gay you know.

Steve, I've narrowed the languages down to either French, Dutch, German, or possibly even Walloon... At any rate, it would be interesting to know!

RE: How do you read HCA???

I always check what the working guys have to say, so ask an escort first, deli second, travels and then the lounge. I only glance at lounge subjects to see if an interest is noted. I usually only read and now very rarely respond. In fact this is my first response in almost two months. I know of no other place where the working guys join in a such a regular basis. I wish more would but in talking to guys, they do not like the negativity that comes through. A few relish or enjoy the banter like Rick, Scott, Steven and Juan, but I find most do not. I think many are intimidated that if they make a mistake, their business will suffer. It is risky unless you have an established personality and gifted with the skill of a biting or humerous retorts and a very good use of the English language.
