He is advertising in San Jose now. Recently created profile, no reviews but one (self made ?), No 3 fingered selfie, no FaceTime ... I will wait and see, although pix are hot.

These are major red flags. I would recommend people avoid this guy. Its not worth the chance of getting robbed or worse.
