Frank the Tank Defeo

I only met Frank DeFeo on one occasion. He was muscularly built with a handsome face highlighted by a great smile. He was lively and personable. His passing was reported to me by a friend of his who had been remiss in keeping in touch with Frank. He felt saddened by his passing. "A flame too soon extinguished" is how he described the loss. Frank was a member of the body building and muscle worship community.

If anyone has any information about his last days, please PM me as I would forward that information over to my friend and Frank's.

I just now heard this, over on MSS. So sad to hear, was hoping it was not true.

Rumor has it he was shooting for 300 pounds and that he weighed 317 at his death. That most certainly played a role in his passing, not the weight, the substances likely used to get there.
