Bookend Commercials

This is having the same commercial play at the beginning and end of a tv commercial break with several different commercials in between.

 

It's becoming common and annoying!

I can't stand to watch broadcast television lately; it seems like every 5 minutes there's another commercial for some medication that will solve your dreadful condition and might just kill you in the process.

 

Bookend medical commercials would drive me into a rage (Yes, I'm sure there's a drug for that, too!)

YES Indeed! When they tell what the possible side effects are of taking the meds often it is worse that what the illness is!

I have Hulu so although I have to wait until the next day to watch shows I can watch them without commercials. But some shows I watch online and must endure the commercials.

Since I started using a DVR I rarely watch things as they are aired, and always fast-forward through the commercials. I will intentionally find a chore or something else to do for 10 minutes (unload the dishwasher?) so I can start late & catch up by the end of the show.
