well since every movie trailer on earth starts with that phbrase I thought it appropriate for this post.

 

So in a world like ours ... a world wide phenomena of a movie like Basic Instinct gets a sequel that is just BAD....how is that possible?

 

It did something like 3.2 million this OPENING weekend. Ice Age 2 did over 70 million. So sad.

 

But really Basic Instinct 2 was just BAD. I mean sure Sharon Stone's pay on the first one was less than 3% of what she got paid for this but I mean come ON! With the amount she's making these days can't she afford a GOOD boob job? Her breasts were beautiful but they were at her waist.

 

I will just leave you with a commentary on modern film and television answer to every crime drama ... auto erotic asphyxiation
