On the other hand, Gustavo has 19 5-star reviews. The disappointed reviewer may have been emaciated, or effeminate, or stereo-typically "faggy", or something else that the provider could not overcome, so to speak. I would not let one bad review in 20 deter me, if everything else pointed to a happy encounter.
