Our communication started off well, but after I expressed interest in booking a session and followed up multiple times, I didn’t hear back until I finally said I was no longer interested at which point I received an immediate response saying “okay”. When I asked about the delayed communication, he simply said “he was busy”. I understand that things come up, but clear and timely communication is important in a professional setting, especially when scheduling a service. The inconsistency in responsiveness made me feel like my time wasn’t valued.
