    Bidets

I first encountered a Toto bidet washlet at the Hyatt in Seoul Korea and loved it. Came home and found that if you look a lot of washlets are available including at Costcos or Sams Club on occasion and certainly on Amazon. The Totos cost around $600-800, US brands are cheaper whereas the Korean brands - as good are cheaper and i have picked up one for as low as $295.00. Easy installs and replaces your existing toilet seat. A good website is Sanicare.com. You will also find these at a lot of Asian stores if you live in a major city Love my bidets -and save a lot of trees - and prevent drains from clogging in these days of low flow toilets Rick
  2. Tried him about a year back in SD. Nice guy, career oriented. Average massage and no HE. Rick
  3. Made a recent trip to Bali and the escorts/masseurs there really made my trip memorable. Having traveled there after 10 years I noted that the area has really grown and is amazing..Food is cheap, accomodations a plenty and all in all a very welcoming place . I made reservations on Agoda after browsing the gay Asia forums Lots of gay spas in Seminyak and Kuta Beach. The two that I would highly recommend are 1) Banana Spa - Tel +62-813-3893-9220 ; and 2) Teman Spa - Tel +62-878-6185-6196. Had wonderful experiences in both places - I would especially recommend Nino from the Banana Club. Other areas like Sanur Beach or Ubud tend to be hit or miss - these are more faamily oriented and non-gay areas. In these areas most of the spas have male therapists - you get great body scrubs and Balinese massages - but nothing extra. The best way in Kuta or Seminyak (more gay friendly) is to call the spa - dont be surprised that a female answers - and she will message you whos available on Whatsapp. Hire a private taxi if you are not in Seminayak or Kuta - really inexpensive and reliable - for a RT trip from where you are staying. Bali is safe and you will not get ripped off!! Its really Paradise Rick
  4. Patrick a young Korean American at the Atrichos Salon in Costa Mesa is also to be recommended 949-514-7104. Check his reviews on Yelp
  5. Having been to Thailand, Cambodia, Bali several times and as recent as a month back - her are some suggestions (I'm assuming you live in the US): Bangkok (BKK) - Try staying at a US chain of hotels in BKK - and you wont have any surprises. My favorites are in the Ploenchit and Silom areas - and you can get reasonable prices at Agoda.com. Also consider staying at a service apartment such as the Centerpoint chain - good value for money. I never pay more than US$70-$80/night including breakfast for a 4 or 5 star property. The Thai hotels are cheaper but you can get surprises if you stay in the Nana area or around Soi 4 Patpong. Food is a plenty but stay away from raw food and bottled water is a must. Transport by BTS (Skytrain) or the underground is easy to use; and Uber is also becoming popular. If you rent a taxi be sure the driver uses his meter. Tourist areas include the Sleeping Buddha, the Wat Pho, the night markets etc - take an unlocked phone and get a prepaid SIM at the MBK market for 300 BHT (approx US$8) you will get free calls and unlimited 4G for 15 days. Calls/text messages to the US are cheaper than domestic calls Tours are a plenty but stay away from deals in the Jewelry district or tour /massage/soapy packages from Tuk-Tuk drivers..They usually take you to dives and you will be disappointed. Visit the Royal Palace, the Sleeping Buddha and the night markets. Go to the Lamlukka area (BKK suburb) and get an authentic massage at the temple - cheap and awesome. Consider taking an overnight trip to Pattaya Beach - lot of sleaze in Boy's Town. Local gay action - check out dreadedneds.com - an excellent resort of what and where to visit for "gay fun" in Bangkok or Pattaya. Travel to Cambodia - go through Bangkok or Singapore - 2 days is what you will need in Siem Reap. Be sure to take a bunch of $20 bills - a visa is available on arrival at the airport ($20) and 2 photos Be sure to see the Angkor Wat at daybreak and at dusk. My favorite place to stay is the Raflles hotel . An all day taxi will cost you $45-50. Great gay action in downtown Siem Reap too. Need more information - PM me Rick
  6. Happened to visit Bangkok last month after a 3 year hiatus and things have radically changed. It was the week of the King's funeral and everything was dead on Thursday and Friday. I ventured out on Saturday night and Aroma in Silom was quiet..only 2 boys who were more interested in watching the embers of the King's funeral. I called the Banana Club and the manager said that they were closed. Finally I called and took a taxi to " Jae Spa" which was close to the Emporium in Sukhumvit. It is in a residential neighborhood and Google Maps had it in the wrong area. I had the taxi driver speak to the mama-san and I finally got there. There were 4-5 lads..I initially chose an Isaan lad named "Pon" who was more eager to please than massage; except as soon as I entered him he blew his load..he was a little distressed but I asked him to stay and get one of his friends to join us. The mamasan wandered in and wanted to make sure that I would tip both lads. Pon called his friend Eric who was Vietnamese..and it was fun being entertained by 2 good looking lads at one time. I left after an hour satisfied and well spent. Pon and Eric wanted to come to my hotel..but I had other colleagues waiting. Would recommend a visit to this place.
