At first i thought it would be entirely therapeutic or at most sensual but i was ok with that because it was a top quality massage. But once i turned over i knew I’d leave happy and i did. I had a massage from Cody a few weeks ago for only 30 min. Damn I regret it. I wish I did at least and hour or 90 min. Massage was amazing 🤩 

Everyone always says YMMV. I caught Oliver one night for his last session of the day, and he was very interested in giving a super-enjoyable attentive massage.

Would also be interested in the latest doc. Haven’t seen one in a while. Also worth adding that 27 is one of the best in the city. Save for some of the one off experiences here, generally it’s very well run and none of the BS you get at other places like shorting on time or negotiating tips. 

Had Santiago a couple weeks ago.  The massage started out ok, although he didn't speak one word upon entering the room and until about 20 min into the massage where he asked if everything was ok.  I was on my back in under 30 min and he was done and out of the room in under 45 min.  I usually tip well, but shortage of time is an automatic $20 reduction in tip and non repeat for me (this usually doesn't happen here, but seems happening more often as it did with one of the asian guys that I didn't get his name (I think Nick) last month.  I can't understand why they do this - offer an average/slightly above average massage, but ruin it by cutting off 10-15 min?!?!?!?  Crazy that ten more min of massage I would have probably been a repeat customer and left at least a $20 larger tip. The strangest thing about Santiago is when he ended the massage he just did a half assed job of cleaning off the oil and left the room without saying anything (I thought he went to get another towel since it was still under 45 min into the massage and I was still sticky with oil).  After laying there for well over 5 min waiting, I got dressed and got the hell out feeling like I wasted time and money. 

Alven left TSMS and is working at Energy and G man spa currently.  I don’t know another Alven than the chipmunks 

Recently saw Omar (Italian Turkish) and Carlos (I think that was his name) at G Man Spa. Omar was maybe mid 30s, muscular and very eager to please. Carlos was maybe late 20s Latino and muscular. Had a good time but was def more reserved than Omar. There was also a cute Asian guy named Tommy waiting in the sitting area (young skinny twink type). Not a huge fan of the spa setup but def some potential for those in that area  

I stopped going to the guy in sayville after he raped me and it became clear he had a pain fetish and was getting off on making things deliberately hurt way more than it needed to.   I now go in Manhattan to MP hair removal and am very happy.

I think it would be helpful to have a new thread which would offer each Manhattan spa separately so that one could follow the reports over time. This mix of reports is not as useful.

Recently visited NYC for a bit and went to a handful of different spas and tried different masseurs and wanted to share my experiences with folks. Want to note I had extras and left happy after each encounter, but quality of the experience significantly varied.

27 Men Spa

Overall, I think this was my favorite place. It’s a very clean space that has the right ambiance. It feels the most relaxing out of the three that I’ve been to in nyc. 

Max: massage was decent, and extras were nice. Didn’t ask for more tip, which made me inclined to tip him well at the end (I did 60% tip). Definitely more on the sensual side of massages, but didn’t rush into it which I appreciated. Red Bull can.

Sebastian: gave a really strong massage and incorporated good sensual elements all throughout. Favorite extra out of all the masseurs I’ve tried from nyc spas, and he was kind about it. Didn’t ask for more tips, but at the end he used a translator to say that he hoped for a generous tip (80% tip).

Chelsea Men’s Spa

I’m quite disappointed in the service I’ve gotten here. I don’t think it’s worth the money and the massages were more like light touches than actual massages. Table shower facilities were clean, and the massage rooms were clean, but preferred 27 Men’s Spa’s facilities much more.

Kevin: Did the table shower and massage and 2 mins into the table shower he immediately started doing some sensual elements, which I prefer a build-up rather than going straight into it. Scrubbed my back and then I flipped over and he used regular soap. Asked me to stand up and proceeded with some sensual elements. Went back to the massage room and proceeded with a mild massage. He spent the last 10 mins just smacking my foot repetitively which was odd. Wasn’t a fan to be honest, also was rather aggressive about asking for tips (asked for 120% tip for extras). Not my favorite.

Daniel: better than Kevin and also had a similar flow with the table shower and massage, but had a much lighter massage. It felt like he was just floating with his fingers and also just seem so disinvested. Was a very cold experience, not a fan either. 

HUSH

Facilities were the worst compared to the other two. Dark, grungy, and you can hear the staff talking through the walls which made it difficult to fully be immersed. They also used a YouTube video with ads for the background music, which was distracting to have the masseur skip ads every time the video finished. Walls were also quite thin so I was able to hear Kpop from the next-door neighbors.

Omar: kind and polite, and was the only masseur to ask me where my problem areas were. Massage was good, and added some sensual elements towards the end. Politely asked if I was interested in extras without asking for more tips, which I appreciated.

I recently saw him for a massage + and the dude kept on farting in my face. If you’re into that sort of thing, that’s cool but I wasn’t and it kept happening even after I told him to chill. Massage was lackluster but I did like when he massaged each individual toe. Would definitely not ever repeat. 

OK, I did a little research and here are the results:
I saw Lucas twice (he works out of the Cherish Spa on Stewart Ave in Hicksville).  The first time was more of a typical massage with extras but his style was a little more into role playing than I like.  The second time, I told him exactly what I was looking for and he was totally open to my request and produced perfectly.  He's very nice and friendly and seemed to care that I was comfortable and enjoying the massage.  You can contact him directly through the number on RM and MF.  
Cherish Spa in Hicksville has a direct number and they told me they have Lucas (see above), Mati, and Simon available but you need to call or text first and they don't accomodate walk-ins.   
I also texted the old Prime @ Mineola number and they told me "The Flushing location will be ready starting from this Friday. And Franklin Square in Nassau is getting ready in about 2 weeks"
I didn't get a chance to try Noah but I will next time based on the reviews from RM.

I saw him ore-Covid. Handsome guy with great body but  had a bad experience.  He was cold, mechanical and not interactive.  No mutual touching allowed or him naked unless I pay the escort rate. His attitude made me get dressed and leave before the end of the hour. I will obviously never repeat. 

Thanks good to know! It was $40 tip, $60 massage - sorry for not clarifying. I'll keep the 100% standard in mind if its more than therapeutic, I don't go often as my salary isn't very high, but I like to enjoy massages every now and then.

Did you give a $100 tip or was the total you gave $100 ($65 for the massage and $35 for the tip)? A $100 tip is great, but $35 on a $65 massage (or $30 on a $70 massage, however the math works out to be $100 total) is not good unless it's a strictly therapeutic massage at a "regular" spa.
Yes, a 100% tip is normal for anything more than therapeutic. That would be my starting point, depending on the experience.
