American actor Tom Tryon (1926 -1991). He was also a novelist.
In 1955 Tom Tryon married Ann Noyes, the daughter of stockbroker Joseph Leo Lilienthal and his wife, the former Edna Arnstein. She was the former wife of Thomas Ewing Noyes with whom she had been a theatrical producer.
The marriage was short-lived and Tom and Ann divorced in 1958.
During the 1970s Tom Tryon was in a romantic relationship with Clive Clerk, one of the original cast members of “A Chorus Line” and an interior designer. He decorated Tom’s apartment on Central Park West in New York.
From 1973 to 1977 Tom Tryon was in a relationship with Calvin Culver, also known as Casey Donovan an adult (gay) film star.
Tom Tryon died on September 4th, 1991, at the age of 65 in Los Angeles. The official cause of death was stomach cancer but Tom’s literary executor, C. Thomas Holloway, alleged that Tom’s stomach cancer was a complication caused through his being HIV-positive. Tom had asked to keep this private. Tom’s lover Clive Clerk explained “Tom didn’t want his readers or his relatives to know."

American actor Van Williams (b.1934). A diving instructor in Hawaii, he was discovered there in 1957. He is best known as the Green Hornet opposite Bruce Lee in the 1966 TV series of the same name.

The fellow on the left in this image from 1925 is the boy novelist Horace Atkisson Wade (b. 1908), who published a 30,000-word thriller, In the Shadow of Great Peril in 1920 at the age of eleven. The image was taken outside Valentino's bungalow at United Artists during production of the silent film The Eagle.

The NY Times reports on a study of people with HIV getting COVID.
" Nearly half of H.I.V.-infected men older than 65 who are hospitalized for Covid-19 may die, the study found."
"The result contradicts findings from several smaller studies earlier in the pandemic that suggested that H.I.V. infection has no bearing on a person’s risk of severe illness or death from the coronavirus. But the new study is more biologically plausible than that earlier research, given H.I.V.’s ability to disrupt immune defenses, experts said."
The study appears to be among unvaccinated people and does not address the risks for those who get vaccinated.
The moral of the story is Get vaccinated!

Several years ago I had an excellent session with a masseur in Chicago. He began by putting me in the shower and giving me a head to toe, front to back, top to bottom, inside and out body shampoo. This was followed by gentle exfoliating scrub. By the time he how old me dry and put me on his table, I was both relaxed and throbbingly erect. He followed this with a three hour session, which included hot stones and ended with another body shampoo. One of the best sessions ever!
