I highly suggest you go ahead and make a free RM client account. I didn't want any emails either from the site so after I made an account and activated it I went into the settings and changed my email to "[email protected]" and it's been like that for 2 years now. And yes I'd say the majority of guys do respond to chat messages on there and will provide their phone number. Guys who don't post it usually just are trying to weed out scammers and flakes. If they don't reply to chat messages on there they usually have an auto reply message set up to have you text them instead. Personally as well I like having all my stats and info about myself on my client page so it saves the provider from asking about all that. You don't have to fill out that section though if you don't want to.

I just saw today if you are not logged on to an account on RM you can't see a provider's phone number anymore. Was wondering what the heck was going on at first! Should help a little with game players for providers. If someone can't bother to make a free client account they likely aren't gonna come through for an appt.

Go to "Account Settings" and then click on "Content View Behavior" and you can choose the option of when you open a thread to have it take you to the first comment, last comment, or first comment you haven't read yet which sounds like the option you want. But you'd have to first back out of the thread that you viewed your post that got the reaction and click on it normally.

I forgot where I read this but until you hit the 5 year mark your bond value will always show up with the 3 month interest penalty already factored in. So the amount you see will always be the actual amount you would get if you cashed it out. That would perfectly explain why it takes 4 months for it to show as having gained any value.

Apparently in early May the treasury site crashed from everyone trying to buy I Bonds. We might have a conundrum on our hands. It looks like there is a good chance we'll hit it tomorrow, June 4. So that will be three days after the June 1 guess of @Lucky and three days before the June 7 guess of @Rand and @JoeMendoza. NY's gas tax holiday went into effect yesterday and will go through the end of the year. My county is also offering a discount on their tax as well through February. So gas has gone from around $4.79 to $4.49.

I stay away as well for the most part from guys with no reviews and especially if it's a brand new ad. Been too many times I see someone like that pop up and then a month or two later he has some negative reviews or feedback so I feel fortunate to have dodged a lot of bullets. I have only hired one guy who had a brand new ad with zero reviews. We had a longer than usual sending of messages and a facetime as well so I at least knew he was real and it actually ended up being a decent session. Not perfect though as he listed kissing on his ad and then in person said he didn't do kissing. I should have asked in my initial messages but again he had it listed on his ad so I took it for granted. That wouldn't have happened if he had reviews as I have reached out as well on RM to guys who have reviewed providers to confirm details like that.
