    It's free to make a client profile so I don't understand why just not make a profile? You don't have to enter any personal information and can have a totally blank profile. I also don't even have my email on my account.

    I'm too busy to hire during the holidays between work and family. I actually don't hire until Spring now. Because once January comes, I'm just not horny when it's in the teens outside and windy and snowing.

    I can spin this the other way too. Clients need some notice as well. I hate when a provider pops up on rentmen in my city and when I ask how long they are here they say today only quite often.

    I always forget Canada celebrates it that weekend until I wonder why here in Buffalo that weekend all these Canadians are in town.

    They don't have the formula for the fixed rate determination posted but it's something to do with inflation and interest rates long term. So now that this has been going on for awhile, inflation & high interest rates, that's why the fixed rate is going up now as well.
