It's not only frowned upon, it's against OF terms. If the guy has JustFor.fans (JFF), you can ask it there. If the guy doesn't have OF, you could ask "Do you do collabs with generous fans?".

Maybe you could try an "internal condom". Also known as a "female condom" but guys also can use it for anal sex.
