Definitely fake. Ad was posted by the same asshole that previously posted ads in NYC & LA. These pictures have been used & reported to Rentmen several times. I swear they have a bunch of idiots working there.

That is why I remember the “Baldwin” in his name. He does resemble a Baldwin in some of the pictures though.
