Besides sending notifications every other day? Photo verification is a good place to start. They are supposed to be the professionals. They are not paying me to be a fraud detection consultant. It’s a poor reflection on them that THE SAME SCAMMER is able to post fake ads several times a week for over 2 years now, don’t you think?

Absolutely FAKE. Same asshole that posts fake ads every other day. Be sure to congratulate Rentascam on the great job they are doing letting the same guy continue to fool them time & time again.

Already mentioned & reported to Rentascam last night & today. Of course, they both have not been removed & were posted by the same scammer. He must be making a killing!

How different did he look from the pictures? I guess you would not recommend him for BFE. You should report the ad to Rentascam.

Those pictures seem to be from different years & the text in the ad makes me suspicious. I would ask for FaceTime verification before meeting up with him.
