Reflections of Autumn as a story: “The season…” in calido autumni vespere mens sentit sicut folium~ Autumn… This time of year is somehow magical and menacing to me in its bounty: the culmination of thought and feeling hangs like fruit from the wilting branches of spring and summer hopes~ I feel the weight of its body and the pluck of its nourishment penetrating my sour skin~ The sublime change in leaf color that gave birth to the earlier blossoms makes me light headed, detached~ I float down a bit drier… weightless even… moved by the wind in many, any and every direction~ Depleted of potential, aspirations retreat back into their roots~ They snuggle down… snore softly even prior to the onset of a personally ineluctable winter of introspection~ The reflective moon in all of its it’s phases saunters thru cool evenings, scattering shadows upon the echoes of picnic days promised and swimming hole dives~ Chicken bones and an empty glass of wine~ Red berry and sweet white cream-stains litter my new shirt~ A muffled puff sigh of exhaustion slips past my lips~ Some part of me cradles seeds within the pulp of my pith and syrupy mess of my flesh~ Some part of me oozes softly around the gilded nut shell of my encrypted dreams~ My fingers become sticky as I hold the strange fruit~ My heart ferments into an intoxicating cider of effervescent moments that fizzle and escape into the air, soaring up to the stars, vanishing into the abyss of the sky only to be held as crystals in snowy hibernal clouds~ Heat yet lingers in my summer skin and radiates outwards toward days ahead~ I turn in slow circles… descending to the ground~ Laying on my back, a giant tree looms over me. I know you so well~ There is a scar where I once was sewn to a twig… There is a small nub beneath the pock where I will push thru again, unfolding and riddling out my single purpose… to give the tree and its earthen mantle something to hold on to after the thaw~

The Chinese really know how to utilize the power of the big screen~ This movie is epic and glorious in the theater~ It’s a better and slightly different movie if you speak Mandarin but, the translation is good overall~ good to pair with this next movie: if you’ve played the game The Talos Principle this movie may have an added dimension~

I’m a natural night owl~ Moved to the west coast from Wisconsin to get that extra two hours of sleep that might put me in a somewhat normal wake/sleep pattern~ my “Inner clock” never changes. I have a deep sleep time. It’s two hours long. On the west coast it’s from 7:00 to 9:00~ Without an alarm clock I wake up @ 9:00~ I typically go to bed between 5:00 and 6:30… My entire life has been like this… At university, I never took morning classes. I was taking between 15 and 24 credits with no issues and doing well because I was up longer than the typical student~ More wake time meant more study and work time~ I got a lot done and was often able to double major~ In Wisconsin at my grade and high school I was falling asleep in my classes and unable to navigate until 11:00 or noon~ My parents were constantly getting calls of concern from my teachers~ My favorite time to work out is between 18:00 and 2:00~ I naturally get hungry between 22:00 and 1:00~ I’m very alert and active from 18:00 forward~ When with a Client, I sleep whenever they sleep and think of it as a “together” activity and enjoy it like we are napping~ Left on my own, I don’t sleep much: two to four hours per night~ Sleeping with someone really helps me get into that sleep zone~ My “morning wood is between noon and 14:00~ My sex drive naturally runs best in the PM: 16:00 onward and peaking in the evening and before 4:00~ Thise are my optimal times… I’m still good to go outside of my peak zone~ If I have issues with sleeping, I rely on magnesium or valerian root~ Those work for me~ Also, when on my own, I sleep with music on thru the night~ That’s very helpful~ I don’t sleep well then it’s quiet~ I have many times fallen asleep in movie theaters, the student Union at university, shopping malls, crowded places where there’s lots going on… I like that. The life going on around me is comforting and helps me sleep~ Sometimes clients will wake up early and they think they’re doing me a favor by getting up and then closing the door so that it’s really quiet and I can’t hear them… The exact opposite is true. I instantly recognize that it’s too quiet when I’m sleeping and I wake up and then I just lay there. It’s better if they’re walking around and making noise… I’ll hear it a little bit, but then I’ll fall back asleep~ The perfect time zone for my body is Tahiti~ PERFECT~!!! The worst is NYC: that time zone is exhausting for me~ The UK and EU are fine… When there I get super sleepy and quiet around 15:00 and two hours later I’m wide awake but it’s easier to wake up in what is considered mind there and am typically Randy in the morning there but, also in the evening after 17:00~

Definitely not a dodge ram there… or a mustang for that matter but, apparently we are still on the backs of farm animals

Bones and Brandy and Bear and the rest of the crew~ All great kids~

Random puppies I saw in Coos Bay. (So much love~!!!) I call them Mutt and Jarf~ Black lab Pitt puppy (she is adorable) Her older step brother (the brown Dogo) Nanook my grey wolf companion of 22yrs. Nanook with Raison the Greek kitty… #9 is the coyote puppy that I made friends with when first moving into my current home. She hangs in the yard with me when I landscape at night and sits within 5 feet of me. She comes and goes as she pleases~ Last year she had her first litter of pups and she brought them into the yard to show me but, they would not come out of the bushes all the way~ No worries… Perhaps better they don’t trust people~ Very sweet all five of them~ She is now 7yrs old~ Picture number 12 is Nanook the wolf at age 22yrs~ He’s a little old man there~🥰He’s so beautiful~ Was a happy boy always and had such a strong sense of life~ He died a natural death, in my arms. Old age and no euthanasia. He sat up, called for me. I moved next to him, (we were sleeping on the floor together always by that time), told him I was there and love him with all of my heart… He died within a few minutes. I drew in his last breath and held it in as long as I could… bathed him that night and slept next to him until morning~ Took him to Dignified Pet in Tualatin, Oregon~ It’s part of Sunset Finley where I had my mom cremated~ Was a bit protective and didn’t want others handling Nanook~ The staff were compassionate towards my concerns. I put him into the Kiln myself and closed the door, waited the five hours until he was done and carefully removed his bones from the oven~ They are predominately intact~ He is with my mom’s ashes, brothers ashes, Raison that Greek kitties ashes in a special area of my house. Nanook is the deepest bond to anything/anyone I’ve had in my entire life~ Part of me always and my greatest joy~ Since my fur kids all live well into their twenties, I will not be having anymore but, I love on others fur kids whenever possible~
